Fishies. Not just fish. Definitely fishies. Everywhere - on the walls, in the walls, everywhere you look. Fishies. There are blues and greens, pretty colors, soft and fluid, calming yet moving at the same time. This Center is completely and wholly centered on the child and his/her family as a unit, seeing all services as part of a much bigger, but fully integrated picture.

The Center for Pediatric Therapy was a collaborative effort between occupational and physical therapy. It was recognized that there was a need for quality services for children in the center of Connecticut, something between Hartford and Fairfield County.

The facility was specifically designed for children and their families, parents and siblings included. An environment was created to allow for optimal treatment, parent observation and education, and a room allowing siblings a place of their own to occupy themselves, yet still be a part of what is truly a family process.
